太鼓祭 TAIKO MATSURI

On August 13th and 14th, there's a japanese drums festival in Okaya-city, in Nagano prefecture (Japan) usually every year. If you want to read about it in Japanese you can have a look at another blog (of a Japanese women married to a British).
This year was the first time for me to go there. And I had a wonderful time, I'd like to perform it too... Japanese drums, called Taiko pronounce TA-I-KO are very particular in the way they are not based only about sound, it looks more like a dance, the movements of the arms and all the body are unified and magical somewhere!
In fact, it's getting popular in Tokyo as a diet method, I heard! But it looks very effective when you look at all the performers.

今年初めて、岡谷市の太鼓祭りに行きました。とてもよかったです。日本の太鼓は独特で大好きです。日本では普段あまり踊る事ないけど、太鼓はただの音じゃなくて、体の動きまで魅力があります。何かとてもやりたくなってきました。でも私みたいな音痴でもできるかな。。。
何か東京でも、最近人気出てきたと聞きました。なんかのダイエット運動になるみたいです。岡谷の祭りで見た女の人はみんな体がすっきりしていました。

Voici une photo du festival de tambour japonais qui a lieu en général tous les ans, le 13 et 14 août, à la ville d'Okaya, dans la préfecture de Nagano (Japon). Pour moi, c'était la première fois. C'était très impressionant.
Mais le tambour japonais, appelé "Taiko", prononcez TA-Ï- KO, n'est pas seulement impressionnant par le son mais aussi par les mouvements du corps. La chorégraphie parfaite de tous les batteurs m'a enchantée.
En plus à Tokyo, il semblerait que cela devient une mode d'entraînement pour maigrir et affermir son corps. Je ne doute pas de ses effets, car toutes les personnes dont pas mal de femmes, paraissaient musclées sans l'être de trop.
